From Brazil to Rishikesh
I came from Brazil to Rishikesh and I had the most amazing experience at Hariom school. People are so welcoming and helpful. I felt part of the family. The environment is incredible and the food amazing. I learned so much about Yoga, Pranayama, Philosophy, and many other subjects. The city is wonderful and rich and culture and spirituality.
Pramod came from a spiritual family. He loved meditation and yoga from a young age. He spent 7 years in an Ashram, learning ancient Himalayan yoga and meditation traditions. After that, he traveled and taught yoga in many places like Mumbai, Rishikesh, New Delhi, Italy, Austria, and Germany. He believes in a peaceful and joyful world for everyone, which inspired him to create Hari Om Yoga Vidya School.
