The course was totally amazing from every point of view. The staff, the place, the food and the teachers were incredible. I enjoyed and learned a lot every day that I spend in the school. This experience will be forever in my heart. More than a school, is a family.

I have just completed the amazing 200hr YTT at Hari Om Yoga school. What a wonderfully intense experience! The course is very comprehensive and challenging you literally eat, sleep, meditate yoga for 6 days of the week. It covers everything from philosophy to pranayama, meditation, to ashtanga vinyasa and Hatha yoga. The teachers are good and Pramood and his wife ( the director of the school) are very kind and welcoming. The media crew Prince and Nitesh are friendly and do a wonderful job. Food was good, if a little monotonous and too many carbs for me, would be good to have a bit more protein. Rooms are clean, big and very adequate.The only real improvement I can suggest would be to start the teaching and sequence building a little earlier so that the students become accustomed to it sooner rather than the stress all piled into the last week. Other than that I highly recommend Hari Om yoga school, when you are embarking on this experience it opens you up and you need to be surrounded by good and caring people, and all the people that manage Hari Om are certainly that. Hariom Vidya yoga school was really great! I am very happy with my choice to come to this school. There was a great diversity in classes and teachers. Everyone was very involved and passionate and willing to answer questions. It really felt like I was part of a family and community. I made amazing friends and was part of a very supportive group. Pramood and his wife curated a lovely environment and everyone in the staff are very kind and willing to help. The rooms were amazing, lots of room and private balcony. Nice and clean. The garden is absolutely beautiful with lots of flowers, and gets a lot of afternoon sun. It is not uncommon to see lots of monkeys, birds, and bees. The schedule is full and busy, but there is a lot to learn in a short month and I think it was wonderfully organized. We had fun excursions and had the freedom to do what we wanted on days off. Not so much time to go out on class days, but there’s no real need as the food we are served is made with love and is delicious. There are little cafes near the school if anyone wants some sweets or tea, or simply to change the atmosphere a bit. I know that this is not exactly a budget school, there are other less expensive ones. But I think this one was worth every penny because of the holistic experience. You get more for your money. All in all, I am very satisfied with the training and I had a really wonderful month despite the intensity. It is important to listen to your body and the teachers will push your boundaries but if you set your limit, they will not surpass them. So make sure to always listen to yourself. I would 100% recommend this school. They will always be there for you and make sure you feel at home.

This was one of the most beneficial and life changing months of my life. All the staff were so kind and warm and the teachers were insanely knowledgeable. Pramood and his wife Shona made me feel like part of the family and really took care of not just me but all of us on the course. At first I questioned how much of the teaching I would retain after the course and even how some of the teaching was relevant to the type of yoga teacher I wanted to be, but during the final week it all came together and now I’m teaching regular classes. I use my knowledge to help my students not just during my asana classes but in their everyday lives too. Thank you so much Pramood for changing my life and for the amazing experience!

I attended the 200hrs teachers training at the Hari Om Yoga Vidya School. The schedule of the training was very well though through, therefore both beginners and advanced practitioners could catch up. The rooms were very clean and neaty. Everybody was lovely. Doing the teachers training here was an amazing experience i will never forget! Thank You!!!

La gente que lo lleva y trabajan alli hacen del lugar que sea especial. He tenido muy buena experiencia en el curso, he conocido a gente estupenda y los profesores son espectaculares!!! Especialmente el profesor de hatha, que es super profesional. Los demás tambien tienen muy buena energia y eso se transmite y se siente. La comida era muy buena aunque despues de tantos dias alli, se hace un poco repetitiva y monotona. Para ser la primera experiencia con el yoga como filosofia de vida y conocer más el curso ha sido bueno. Nada estresante y con bastante tiempo entre clase y clase para descansar. La verdad que para alguien como yo, principiante y con poco recorrido en el yoga es una buena experiencia, lo recomiendo si lo que quieres es tomarlo con calma. Estoy muy agradecida por todo los logros que he conseguido es estos 28 dias y todo lo que he aprendido, además de toda la gente buena que he tenido la oportunidad de conocer.
