Thank you Hari Om Yoga Vidya School. It was an amazing experience. Not only I have learned asanas, but also how to connect with the innermost part of my being through pranayama, meditation, and from having learned the philosophy of yoga. I have just completed their 200hour training, and have only good things to say about the school. Friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable teachers willingly imparting wisdom. The food was absolutely delicious for the entire duration of the course. Now I have the Asanas, pranayamas, meditation foundation and with practice I can become a wonderful teacher. Carefull, place of the school has changed...

It ended up that I was very disappointed by the training. Some course are not at the level and some are interesting but not what I would expect for a TTC.
Food and rooms were ok for me.

About the organisation, we were 2 students for the 200h et 2 for the 300h. So... Sounds pretty cool hum ? Read:
We received randomly a message asking for organizing between ourselves. Sometimes a message the day before to organize an activity. To make it clear, no organisation and a pain to know what's going on on Sunday. We did not do all the planned activity.
Also we were gratified by some "how lucky you are". I disapprove this kind of thinking system of everything is always amazing and beautifull. Sometimes it is lies and business bullshit.
He would come to tell us how amazing is the school, we great equipment, bolster etc. I tell him, the mat are slipery and there is no bolster, so I wanna have some. Never happened...

In addition, the month was horrible with building work just aside the building, we could barely hear the teacher. The director would come to tell us he is arranging the things. But nothing changed.

I choose the 500h TTC during July and August in this school because, along the contacted school, the director Pramod took time to call and tell me "go step by step". I really appreciate his consideration and I was very motivated to do the 500h also in order I can save some money.
Very nicely, the director accepted to cancel my 300h, giving me back some money. BUT, while I was asking for shared room I ended in a private one and had to pay for it.

It was a big luck to find this place and free room there as well :) big clean room with bathroom, balcony, facing nice garden and reception area. Very shaanti and quiet place with yoga people around. I could not be happier!

Yoga school team (PRINCE and DEEPAK ) were always available, helpful and kind. And of course MOWGLI The Dog - was super sweet companion :)

I hope to be back again and again.

It's not easy chooseing a place to study yoga when there's an abundance on offer. Private accomodation with small class is what drew me in, plus authentic classic knowledge. I spent two months at Hari Om and found the experience a real opportunity to develop spiritually, physically, and emotionally. All the teachers are really knowledgeable, and professional but also make the classes enjoyable. The alignment class with Abhi also helped me gain more understanding about how to use props and make adaptations not only for my own practice but in my own work; occupational therapy. I was very blessed to have one to one sessions for my 300 hrs as I was the only student. The staff who work behind the scene are also brilliant; the cooks, cleaners, managers and social media king Abhi. Prince, who seems to work 24 hrs a day was always really responsive, nothing was ever too much trouble, and his love for animals showed he was a caring soul. His love of burning pineapple incense first thing in the morning and how he looked after Mogley the dog made me smile. I had the most amazing tiem at Hari Om yoga school. The staff is great, the vine relaxed and the teachers extremely qualified. Would recommend to anyone seeking in depth knowledge of yoga.
