Excursion of Rishikesh

We have the best east-facing rooms for our students. You will be able to watch the mountain peaks and the river Ganga, as well. Our entire school and ashram, is surrounded by forests. Watch the sun rise and start your day at the best yoga school in Rishikesh. We have decorated the rooms, according to the principles of yoga.

You will get private and shared accommodation at our school. We offer double-sharing and triple-sharing rooms, as well. All the rooms are well-equipped with running hot water and free Wi-Fi. We offer clean bed linen, pillows, and curtains for our students, too. You will be able to relax in your room, after a stringent yoga routine in the daytime. It is a place for your relaxation and solace. There is a private balcony and attached bathroom in each room. You also get clean drinking water, in our premises.

Food - Sattvic Diet

We offer 3 delicious vegetarian meals everyday excluding Sunday. Vegetables are collated from local farmers of the Himalayas. As you know Vegetarian food and fresh fruits are a balanced diet for Yoga Practice. You can have tea during your breakfast. We strive to provide you clean, testy and Sattvic food which will nourish your body as well as mind. Please be on time for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you do not want to eat any day or any time because of some reason, please send the message 3 Hours before to the kitchen staffs or reception so that we can manage it. Before you come to breakfast, lunch and dinner clean your face, hands and feet. Before you eat, please do silence meditation for 1 or 2mn, which will help to calm down the emotions & bring peace in the mind, so that you can enjoy test of the food. Avoid talking during your eating. Keep silence inside the Dining Hall which is part of Yoga Life.

Kushagra Ji, a seasoned yogi with over 6 years of experience, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yogic Science & DNYS. He is well-versed in Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, Pranayama, and Yog Therapy, drawing from both traditional and modern yogic practices.
